out Cookies will catch your eye and satisfy your sugar cookie craving.
Cut out cookies are fun and easy to make,
especially if you have an awesome cookie dough recipe in your book. In the
kitchen, we usually make four times the recipe. Then we store it in the freezer;
pull it out to defrost whenever we want to make cut out cookies.
For the 4th
of July, I rolled out the soften dough and cut out Star Cookies. Then I baked
them, cooled them, and frosted them. I frosted about twenty cookies with blue
icing and the other 20 cookies with red icing.
The Star Cookies are
down at Erin’s Deli. They are the perfect cookie for the 4th of July…and
they taste good too!
